more than 80 years, Easter Seals has been providing services that help
children and adults with disabilities gain greater independence.
Easter Seals helps people of all ages with disabilities to maximize their
independence, to live life to the fullest and to feel good again.
Easter
Seals has been serving people whose disabilities include Alzheimer's
Disease, Parkinson's Disease, head injury, stroke recovery, severe
arthritis, diabetes, emphysema, speech impairment, language, hearing and
visual dysfunction, orthopedic impairments, learning and developmental
disorders, central nervous system disorders and birth defects.
Easter Seals primary services include medical rehabilitation, job training
and employment, inclusive child care, adult day services, camping and
recreation.
Easter
Seals services are comprehensive and individualized to meet each client's
needs, family-focused to meet each family members concerns,
outcome-oriented with a goal of enhanced independence and cost-effective
benefiting from public support.
